Recruiting is for the discussion of recruiting new members to HYDRA
Recruiting is NOT your personal blog.
If you are recruiting someone:
1. Ask them their age. If they are below the age of 13 do not continue the conversation. Anyone below the age of 13 is not allowed into HYDRA
2. If they are 13 or above, link them to the S.P.Q.H website and ask them to register an account.
3. Have them make at least one thread in one of the boards. If they say they do not wish to, remind them another time.
4. Tell them to check out the "Rules" (not made yet) page. Once they have done this, they are officially ONE OF US.
